| ok, so as you can tell it has been a while since i have updated...so here's an update... *lance moved to kentucky on oct. 1st...we arent together anymore---good thing...(please continue praying for him)... *mason and i havent talked at all since sept. 1st---i miss him like crazy but he doesnt have a phone... *im in projectSTAY... *i joined the BSU... *less hours at walmart (plus a 40 cent raise) and looking for another job... *sharon's due date is april 29th! we find out the sex in late december  ... *i got out of my housing contract and am moving into an apartment either late december or early january... *my car insurance cost went down $12/month *plasma pay went up $10/week! *michael (my little brother) got saved!!!  *i rededicated my life! *darren going through some hard stuff right now...please keep him in your prayers! ... well, thats about it...later | | |

| so anyways, im getting into the routine of things...its not too bad. i cant wait until my hours at work are changed though...im tired all the time. i took a short nap after classes today and then went to a Project STAY meeting...i filled out the application so hopefully i will get in. for those of you who dont know what that is, its an organization for college students that offers free laptop and calculator (expensive calculator!) loans, tutoring, field trips, etc...to first generation college students, students with disabilities, or students with financial problems...im in 2 of those areas so that gives me a better chance. so hopefully...but yeah, so anyways...i have to go to work at 4:30, but at least i have a couple more hours. i should really study, but for some reason im just not in the mood...i know i should anyways, but...oh well. anyways, email me...comment me...whatever...i miss actually being able to see/talk to people. its weird, before i came i was excited about living in the dorms but didnt want to go to college...now i HATE living in the dorms, but dont mind college...actually kind of like it...well, enough of my complaining...talk to you later.

| so im all moved in and today was my first day of classes...its going ok so far. my math teacher is japanese though and it is really hard for me to understand what he is saying...the positive side to it is that he goes pretty slow in his teaching and doesnt move on to the next step until at least 3 or 4 students say the answer to his question which i think will keep me understanding everything (im not bad at math, but i havent taken it for a couple of years so i dont remember everything)
my roommate is really nice and she speaks pretty good english which makes it easy to get along with each other. its weird living in the dorms because its so much different than what i am used to...i have to go all the way down the hall to pee! lol. its not too bad though. its funny though because i had all this preexisting thoughts of what it would be like since sharon lived in the dorms, but since she went to a Christian college it was WAY different! the main thing that is hard for me to get used to is she had to be in at 11 weeknights and 12 weekends...i dont have a curfew at all--the only thing they ask is that guys arent in your room past 12 weeknights and 1 weekends...thats another thing--guys can be in your room...that was definitely not allowed at Ozark...
but anyways, thats about it...i cant check my excite email though so if you wanna email me...

| im allergic to penicillian (sp?)...yeah, i was prescribed amoxicillian
for my throat last week and woke up this morning with my waist up
COVERED in a rash...my mom and i thought it was just a heat rash so we
went to joplin to give plasma but they wouldnt let me and they told me
that i needed to go to my doctor that day as soon as possible...so my
mom got me an appt. and i went there and she said that i have to stop
taking penicillian all together because if it was that bad the first
time i broke out (and it usually gets worse with each break out) then
the next time i would be in "rough shape"... so needless to say i itch
like crazy and just want to roll over and die...it looks horrible too!
oh my gosh it looks horrible.
i move to joplin on the 17th...i dont remember if i said anything yet,
but i got my room assignment. im staying in mccormick hall---my
roommate is "asuza kanamori (international)" as the paper i received in
the mail said...my first class is the 21st at 8:00 in the
morning...psychology in case you were wondering.
well, im going to get off now...i had a pretty hectic day off and just want to sleep.
